Project Manager Bulk Material Handling Projects
Resource Erectors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee Bulk Material Handling projects for our client in Cape Girardeau, MO. This crucial role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the industrial sector.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects. You will work closely with the client’s management team to develop project scopes and budgets, prepare conceptual drawings, and select contractors and equipment. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills will be essential in creating and updating project schedules, reviewing change orders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a focus on mining, mechanical, civil, electrical, or construction management. You should have 3-5 years of experience providing technical solutions and project administration in the industrial sector, including mining, construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, with Carlson software experience being a significant plus. Familiarity with drone and survey capabilities is also highly desirable.
In addition to your technical expertise, you must be an effective communicator and collaborator. You will interface with a wide range of stakeholders, including superintendents, foremen, field engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and management. The ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
Salary Range $110,000 to $140,000
This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our client’s operations. Extensive travel (up to 50%) is required.
