Responsibilities:
- Machine Commissioning and Service Support: Support the commissioning and servicing of screening and conveyance equipment.
- Customer Interaction: Understand and address customer technical needs, communicating effectively with the design department for valuable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Head of Design, Design Department, and Managing Director, contributing to North American expansion.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside local management, sales teams, and design engineers based in Europe.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with procedural, work, and testing instructions, adhering to EU/US/CA directives and legal requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to legal regulations, including safety directives.
- Technical Support: Provide technical clarifications for contracts and projects, both internally and externally.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving customer account issues.
- Sales Support: Aid the sales team through customer calls, visits, and presentations.
- Representation: Represent the company at conferences and fairs.
- Training: Train employees on technical innovations.
- Process Adherence: Implement and adhere to applicable process descriptions.

Qualifications:
